What subjects do Educare Provide?
Primary: English | Math | Science | Chinese
Secondary: English | Math (E/A Math & POA) | Science (Pure & Combine Sciences) | Chinese | Humanities
JC level: English (General Paper) | Science (Chemistry & Biology) | Economics
What fees do I need to pay when joining Educare?
A One-time non refundable registration fee: $50
1 month course deposit – (Used to offset your last 4 lessons’ tuition fees)
Fees are pro-rated according to how many lessons are left within the month. NO Materials Fees.
What happens if there is a 5th week in the month?
If there is a fifth week in the month lesson will be adjusted accordingly
What is the curriculum like in Educare?
In Educare our curriculum is based strictly on MOE latest Syllabus. We believe that no two students are the same, and all are unique in their own ways. We do cater our curriculum and adjust it accordingly to our students standard and ability.
What will my child go through or receive in an typical Educare Lesson?
Lesson duration at Educare are minimum 1.5 hours to 2 hours long
Each lesson will follow our Educare Curriculum Structure which comprises of a worksheet which will be completed weekly during lesson.
All our worksheets are up-to-date with the latest MOE Syllabus. Worksheets are specially picked and curated by our team of Ex-MOE, NIE Trained & Full time teachers. Our curriculum and worksheets are constantly vetted by our Centre Director, Tr Ronald.
Apart from worksheets, depending on levels and subjects we do have notes, concepts maps etc to enhance every student’s learning and understanding.
Any subject bundle discount if I were to register for more than 1 subject?
2 Subjects: 5% discount | 3 Subjects: 10% discount | 4 Subjects or more: 15% discount
How would I receive feedback on my child’s progress?
Through WhatsApp messages and after class zoom meeting. In Educare, we believe in keeping our parents updated on their child’s progress, we believe that by working together we can help your child achieve their best potential. Every 2 months there will be a meet the teacher session over zoom, in which parents can have time to meet with your child’s subject teachers and also our centre director.
Are the teachers in the Educare Qualified?
In Educare, our teachers go through 5 rounds of interview and selection during the hiring process. Every year our teachers go through 300 hours of in house training to keep themselves up-to-date with the latest teaching trend and techniques. Our teachers are all Ex-MOE and NIE trained teachers whom not only have experience in teaching but also are in-charge of crafting worksheets for our students.
