PRIMARY 6 ENGLISH PURE COMPOSITION WRITING PROGRAM
To help students prepare for their PSLE, EduCare Teachers (Tr Shelley & Tr Ronald) will familiarise students with the latest PSLE exam format. We equip them with useful examination skills and tips, teach them ways to plan and check their work within a stipulated timeframe. In EduCare, students under our guidance are introduced to various story plots, they will learn how to develop a plot twist with realistic conflicts, and how to SHOW & NOT TELL the main character’s internal struggles.
With PSLE around the corner, it is crucial for students to learn how to develop their story plot, and also how to adapt to different exam questions. We use a step-by-step approach to guide students how to incorporate plot twists in their stories to impress the examiners. Not only that, our students will also build on their Vocabulary wordbank in which it will include descriptive phrases which they can use in their writing to tackle PSLE. In 2024, 8 out of 10 students scored AL3 for their English PSLE. And every 2 in 3 students enrolled to TOP Secondary Schools in Singapore. We believe scoring AL3 for English is definitely possible for ALL students!
